1. Joining the list

The DRAFT Founders List is operated by Draft Skincare (Pty) Ltd for an initial South African launch. Joining is free and does not commit you to buy. Each valid email address may hold one position. We may remove duplicate, automated, fraudulent or abusive entries.

2. Position and activation

Your number confirms your place on the list, not active membership. Founders Membership is expected to activate when you successfully purchase your first eligible DRAFT Product, subject to the final offer, price, stock and purchase terms presented before checkout. A list position has no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Founder benefits

Planned benefits include early access, Founder pricing, voting and possible prototype allocations. Prototype batches and physical events are limited; not every Founder will receive every prototype or invitation. Planned Field Kit contents may change before purchase. Final benefits and any ongoing eligibility requirements will be clearly disclosed before membership activation.

4. Referrals

Your private referral code helps us attribute signups and may influence priority for future prototype allocations. Referrals do not guarantee products, prizes, payment or a particular allocation. Do not use spam, misleading claims or paid impersonation to distribute your link.

5. Communications and withdrawal

Marketing emails require your separate consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not automatically delete your Founders List record; you may request deletion by emailing us. We may still send essential service messages when legally permitted.

6. Fair changes

DRAFT remains under development. We may make reasonable changes to timing, benefits or programme structure, but we will communicate material changes before asking you to purchase. Your statutory rights under South African law remain unaffected.
