Prototype-testing terms

Test thoughtfully. Report honestly.

1. Separate invitation and consent

Joining the Founders List does not enrol you in product testing. If selected, you will receive project-specific information and must give separate informed consent before receiving or using a DRAFT Prototype. Participation is voluntary and may be stopped at any time.

2. Experimental status

DRAFT Prototypes are limited, pre-release formulations being evaluated for real-world performance. They may change or never become commercial products. Use only as directed, do not resell or share them, and keep packaging and batch codes for reference.

3. Safety

Review the supplied ingredient and use information. Do not participate if an exclusion or known sensitivity applies. Patch testing may be required. Stop use immediately if irritation or another concerning reaction occurs, seek appropriate medical advice when needed, and report the event promptly to DRAFT. Prototype testing is not medical treatment or medical advice.

4. Feedback and privacy

Testing may involve questionnaires, product-use observations and voluntary feedback. We will explain what information is requested and how it will be used before each project. Do not submit photographs, health information or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an approved process.

5. Feedback rights

You retain ownership of your personal experiences and original material. You give Draft Skincare (Pty) Ltd permission to use de-identified testing feedback to research, improve and evaluate products. We will request separate permission before publicly using your name, image or attributable testimonial.

6. No guaranteed allocation

Selection depends on the prototype, relevant testing profile, safety criteria and availability. Founder status does not guarantee selection. Detailed project instructions will take priority if they provide stronger safety or privacy protections.
