1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of draftbody.com, operated by Draft Skincare (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. By using the website, you agree to these terms. The website is currently a pre-launch information and Founders List experience; it does not yet complete product sales.

2. Founders List

Joining is free and does not require a purchase. A list position records eligibility for future access but is not a product order, guarantee of stock, prize, investment, transferable asset or promise that every prototype will be supplied. Membership activates only under the separate Founder terms communicated before purchase.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to manipulate list positions or referrals. We may remove fraudulent entries or restrict abusive access.

4. Product information

Pre-launch descriptions, ingredients, pack sizes, benefits, pricing, availability and kit contents may change before sale. Website content is general product information and not medical advice. Stop using any future product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a concerning reaction.

5. Intellectual property

The DRAFT name, visual identity, website content, product concepts and related materials belong to Draft Skincare (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share ordinary website links for personal use, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without permission.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including applicable consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of this pre-launch website.

7. Changes and law

We may update the website and these terms as DRAFT develops. South African law governs these terms. Before ecommerce begins, purchase-specific disclosures, delivery, returns and cancellation terms will be provided.
